GLP-1 Medications

Five side-by-side comparisons for every major GLP-1 medication decision. Every page covers dosing schedule, average weight loss, common side effects, and cost or access implications.

Calqulate medications view on a phone showing current medication (Zepbound tirzepatide), dose history, treatment timeline and dose + refill reminders.

Runs the same starting-weight input against the pivotal-trial averages for semaglutide (Wegovy) and tirzepatide (Zepbound) so you can see the range published for each medication side by side.

What the result means

The two numbers reflect the trial averages: STEP 1 for semaglutide 2.4 mg over 68 weeks, SURMOUNT-1 for tirzepatide over 72 weeks. They are ranges typical patients saw, not predictions for you specifically.

Limitations

Trial averages describe supervised, adherent patients over a fixed follow-up. Real-world loss is usually a little lower, and the calculator cannot factor in your specific dose response, protein intake or activity.
