Fill your cart protein-first, then produce and fiber, then a few gentle staples for nausea days. Keep several grab-and-go proteins so a meal is always minutes away.

  • Chicken breast/thighs, ground turkey, lean beef.
  • Fish and shrimp (fresh or frozen); canned tuna/salmon pouches.
  • Eggs and egg whites.
  • Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, string cheese.

Produce & fiber

  • Crackers, pretzels, plain rice, applesauce, bananas, broth, ginger tea/chews, plain yogurt.

Drinks

  • Water, sparkling water, unsweetened tea, coffee; electrolyte packets if you sweat a lot. Skip sugary soda.
